Return & Refund Policy

At Cycle Bear International, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels.

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Your refund will be approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return was due to customer error (wrong size, wrong product ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Product defects or manufacturing issues

To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back. Exchange processing time is 7–14 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide images/video as proof.

  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return package.
